Maybe you had slight temperature rise also at night which you didn't realise.. sudden sweating might have happened because of that.. definitely your heart rate will be more at that point of time due to anxiety.. plenty of fluids you should consume.. more than 3 litres per day..avoid stress and tensions,sleep minimum of 8 hours at night..relax.. if your symptoms repeat again then consult
