He needs to be evaluated for Medically refractory epilepsy. He should undergo Video EEG and then a formal plan can be made for further treatment. Sometimes surgery can help. If possible go to Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute in Trivandrum Kerala.... Epilepsy Department.
