I am having  testicle pain since last 2month.according to my dr I m having epididymitis and prescribed me antibiotics. 8 months ago I was also infected with gonorreah and I took antibiotics. My testicle ultrasound shows 1) multiple cyst of 3*4mm In the head of Epidymal 2)Bilateral minimal hydrocele. plz help even after 60 days pain is there and I m feeling mild fever
