I have small egg like structure near right egg inside scrotum. It is slippery & can move here & there. It is slight painful, as if electri c current is flowing. Very disturbing. Ultrasound of scrotum is done. It states that there is a small epidemical cyst. What can be done to drain the cyst or to get relief from the small yet disturbing pain? Can medication serve to tackle the pain or surgery is the only way? Pls answer.
