Recently I having a back left down side pain and also left side down stomach pain. On that day I faced severe vomits. becoz of this I consult a doctor. They scanned my stomach and back and confirmed that I have a stones in kidney with 4 mm and 7 mm. He gave me a pain killer along with a gastric tablet. Now the pain on stomach and backside is reduced. But now am facing severe pain in testicles (penis balls). Please help me with this. Is operation is compulsory or without operation is there any chance to dissolve the stones? How the testicles pain will reduced? Am using painkiller (tramadol), but pain is not controlling. Also provide me the foods I need to take. "am a pure vegetarian"

Pain is due to lower ureteric calculus due to stretching of renal capsule, pain can radiate down to testicles. To confirm presence, position and accurate size of stone an ivp or NCCT kub might be required. If it doesn’t pass then yes a URS surgery might be required which is minimally invasive, fast recovery and very short hospitalisation time.
