Both after food.
C.Pan D, once a day, before food. 4 tablets.
T.ketorol DT, painkiller, only if necessary.

Tab Metrogyl 400mg TDS
Tab Diclomol BD
Tab Pan 40 OD
Tab Ketorol DT. SOS (in case of very severe pain)
Take all for 5 days
Betadiene mouthwash 3-4 times a day
