Hello.. Well low bp as in how much...we need to know the value as to check if its alarming enough requiring hospitalisation....secondly I also need to know about the bleeding from nose.  Does he generally complaint about dry nose? Hydrate yourself well...usually high bp is related to nose bleeding...better to consult a physician...thank you
