Enlarged lymph gland (biopsy determined that it is reactive). It has been enlarge for 3 - 4 years but misdiagnosed. What diagnostic tests should I seek to determine the cause of the swollen lymph gland I have previously sought advice but the physician (on Practo) suggested that I return to the physicians that provided misdiagnosis for years and misguidance that would have resulted in unnecessary life changing surgery. The advice is dangerous and he was arrogant, discourteous and unhelpful.
