Left ovary is mildly enlarged in size, measuring approx 4.5 * 3.9 cms having a cystic lesion measuring approx 3.6 * 2.7 cms. Contents is clear. Retention follicle. What does this mean? Is there anything to worry about?

Whether there is something to worry or not depends upon why was an ultrasound done.... if you were trying to conceive this probably means that you have  a  cyst developing in the left ovary because of unruptured follicle
