Energy drink while workou

I workout everyday for approximately 2 hrs. I also want to put on some weight. Which energy drink should I consume while working out?

Hello........ What energy drink are you taking of?? Have high protein containing food.... Have egg, meat, fish, pulses, and foods cooked using pufa (polyunsaturated fatty acid).. It's good for health. Saturated fat is not good for health.. Have more of fruits and vegetables. ...drink lot of water.
