My report says multiple erosion seen does that mean erosive gastritis? Or just normal Gastritis? Like i have read erosive gastritis is not caused by h pylori infection

Erosive Gastritis. its mentioned in last of report which is the conclusion of the report. if u would have shared complete report then it would have been more helpful. hpylori report is still awaited or with u.
