Was on rablet course for a month but did not help much. Of last few days a burning sensation in upper abdomen, and at time a very mild pain Which gets better after flataulence. And have feeling of naussea at times. belching has increased. Should i have to undergo endoscopy again? Is it anything to worry.

It's always depends on the food you take whether to increase the suffering or to decrease it ,have fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Next Steps
Eat good food ,I suggest you to eat a raw cucumber to reduce burning sensation immediately.

Would be because of gastritis. Avoid spicy foods. Avoid coffee and tea in empty stomach. Use more of curd and butter milk.

Yes you should get an endoscopy done. Your symptoms suggest you might be having Gastritis /reflux disease. You should also do few life style and dietary modifications like 1) Avoiding spicy foods 2)Avoid caffeine and alcohol 3) Small frequent timely meals 4) Not lying flat immediately after having food, better to incline at 35 degree angle. #happy health
