Endometriosis with severe pain

I m suffering from endometriosis frm 3 years I got operated bt I m still in pain . I just wana ask I was on meprate from last few weeks so pain was also less periods also stopped but few days before I stoped n my periods started with sever pain again but nw it's above 15 day periods still continue. . Please advice
