I am 32 years old, weight -66 kg, height - 5 '5". I have been diagnosed with endometriosis . Cyst measuring 37×46 mm on right ovary and 31x32 mm on left ovary. I have no symptoms of pain and my periods are regular. My CA 125 test result was 63.7 and amh is 4.59. I am looking to start trying for pregnancy. What kind of treatment I need to go for? What are the chances of pregnancy ? If I do get pregnent, will there be any complications due to this condition?

U need to gt the endometrioma removed laproscopically and go for tubal patency testing as well. And after that try conceiving immediately.
