Vissane s dienogest.. It can be taken even up to 1 year ... dienogest has been shown to be specially beneficial in endometriosis associated pain ... over a period of time with continuous usage it decreases the growth of endometriotic implants... Although most patients complain of return of symptoms after discontinuation of therapy.
