We had ultrasound for IUI on the ovulation day. My wife endometrial thickness is 7.8 mm on ovulation day. Is this normal ? What is the normal reference range of endometrial thickness on ovulation day ? For Pregnancy successes ?

This s okie ..not very gud though.. However she cn now take progynova for increasing endometrial thickness and making it more receptive. Consult your gynaecologist for further information and management
