Avoid hard, hot and spicy food. Take only liquid and soft diet in food. Apply ice pack ( take 4 to 5 ice wrapped in cloth or handkerchief) externally on the area of tooth pain for 4 to 6 times in a day.  And apply it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Next Steps
Tab Augmentin 625 mg 6 tablets BD Tab Ketoral Dt 4 tablets (sos) an Tab Pan 40 3 tablets Od ( empty stomach in morning) .

Pls attach picture. T. Ketorol DT, after food, if pain when necessary.with antacid. antibiotics need to be taken if doesnt subside in 2 days. Warm salt salt water gargle. If relieving pain. Do not do Hot extraoral compresson.
