Empty gestational sac

My LMP shows 9 weeks 4 days While abdominal  usg shows a gestational sac of 6 weeks 2days No fetal pole or yolk sac seen. Report suggests missed abortion. But I feel it may be late conception. Can it be misdiagnosed? I dont have any pelvic pain or bleeding. Kindly Advice.

At 6 weeks fetal  pole should be seen You need to proceed with termination of pregnancy
