I have a question regarding prescriptions. I work for a police department with a strict policy on banned substances. Recently substances were made legal statewide if prescribed by a doctor but they remain on the banned list. Do you have any knowledge of the legal situation with an employer blocking usage of a prescribed substance from a doctor?
