Emotions affecting my periods

In between cycle i get spotting or unexpected periods if am tensed, worried, cried or even upset and with sharp pain Also i dont get sleep in night. I ll awake whole night but tired entire day. Please let me know why it happens.

Get done ultrasound either you are having some endometrial problem or may be some polyp so consult to gynaecologist after examination she will tell what is your problem, more chances of hormones imbalance.
