Emotionally unstable 25yrs on Job woman.

I am emotionally very unstable, I over react on small things and get very angry while facing all this. I cant believe its me myself when I react so. This gets worst when I panic out in many situations such as getting late and people talking loud around me. When all this happens I find myself very helpless and the only way I get over it is by crying alot. My anger always leads to me crying and the I get the thoughts of suicide and think how much better this all world could be if I wasn't here.

Nevertheless, you are trying to throw your stree from one side to other and that's reflecting badly on your image. Nothing to worry about this. A simple lifestyle correction can get you out of this suitation..
