How to stop over thinking over issues you should not be thinking of, even if I don't have problem with life I create in my mind, when I talk to anybody stranger(same or opposite sex) I encounter myself with thought "what next" again and again, which panic me and I lose energy and excitement with what I started my conversation earlier.
