Is emotional numbness treatable becoz it is hsppening to me,i dont know how.also i thought it is happening bcoz of antidepressent,taken by me.now i simply want to know how emotional numbness cure.

It's usually due to your underlying illnesses but if it started after you started your treatment with antidepressants it can be attributed to your treatment . avoiding stress Engage in meditation/yoga Physical workouts Adequate sleep Will help you
