Try talking to someone that you are close with and who would be able to listen whatever you are going through and can provide comfort.
Take deep breaths and speak to yourself. Yes, speak to yourself. Gently, You got this. This is temporary. Itâs just a phase.
Accept how you feel and do not deny your emotions. It is okay to have emotional breakdowns, have them. You probably need it to feel better anyways, especially if you are bottling up for a while.
