Emeset during pregnancy week18. Safe?

I'm in my 18th week of pregnancy. I have been taking Emeset twice a day since week 9 due to severe vomiting and dehydration. Doc asked us to stop Emeset during last visit and go back to doxinate. But I'm not able to keep any food down without taking Emeset. Now I'm taking it once a day. Is it okay to continue. Please advise? I'm a working person and it is tough for me.
