Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hello doc, I am 7 weeks pregnant and my thyroid tsh is 4.3... I have been taking 50 mcg before conceiving.and tsh was 4.6 a month ago.Now I have been asked to change the dose..Are there any negative impacts of high tsh on the baby till now? I am a little worried about it.
