ELEVATED SGPT SGOT LEVEL

Dear doctor , My friend is tested COVID 19 positive 10 days back and then some lungs infection occurred. And he in medication for the same. He is now stable and fine. Lungs infection also reduced. No other symptom. But SGPT and SGOT level is elevated.( report attached) He is not smoking and drinking . Pls help me .what should we do now.
