Elevated sgpt levels

My sgpt level is 136(normal range 21-72) and sgot level is 69(normal range 17-59) as per the lab report.Is this a matter of concern?What is the treatment?

At first I need to know if you have any health related problems for that you did the Liver Function test. If you don't have any problem at all. Then you don't need to be tensed. If you have then please mention it.
