Menstruation doesn't cause an elevated creatinine protein ratio. But a lady who is menstruating can have kidney disease also.

You have query about increase protein by creatinine ratio. It's increase but both value of protein and creatinine are normal . Reason- protein value is 3 point more than lower range of normal value and Creatine value is just 1 point more than of lower range of  normal value so that ratio is more .

Please take consultation for best treatment.
