Hi, I am an active adult involved in 3-4 days exercise a week. I get high heart rate after dinner. Yesterday it went more than 130 while walking. Usually resting heart rate is between 50-60. It's on a higher side since yesterday. Also have breathlessness, is it due to cold and congestion or something else? I have visited cardiologist two months ago and underwent ecg and TMT. Both came out to be normal.
