I know bounding heart rate and heart palpitations are normal pregnancy symptoms. But I'm not even 5 weeks along (I just found out I'm pregnant, I'm 4 weeks and 5 days). My pounding heart has kept me awake at night twice now, both times it lasted for hours. Should I be concerned?
