When I workout (do push ups, lift weights over head) I get this sensation through my right elbow, almost like a spring or electricity (I really don't know how to describe it). Initially, there is no pain, it doesn't burn, just uncomfortable, then if I keep doing the exercise it becomes somewhat painful, but manageable. This has been going on for probably a couple of years but is just now seeming like an issue.
