I had met with an injury during a soccer game and my right hand was dislocated. Its been 21days the doctor plastered my elbow with a elbow backslab, When can I return to the pitch and start to play ?

Minimum 3 weeks of immobilization and the further 3 weeks with range of motion brace. Return to sports may take around 3-4 months
