I always have burning chest pain in centre of chest.. i have tried many meds and got tests done but it doesnt go away.. i even had normal ct coronaey angiogram in october- no blocks or anomaly in arteries

Does your pain occur after any exertion? If not done, get TMT done, to exclude any vasospasm of coronary arteries For pain you can take tab Tramadol p one every 8hours for 3 to 4 days. Tab pantaprazole 40mg one daily before breakfast for 7 days. Avoid spicy, fatty food. Take more of fresh green vegetables and fruits,  drink more water,  avoid sodas  excess of tea, coffee.
