Sir, i am a married man. My problem is that i am not able to reach to ejaculation point during intercourse with my wife. But i can reach to it during masturbation. Plz help. We need to plan for baby.

start taking makardhwaj gutika.lack of ejaculation during intercourse can be due to less sensitivity also.consult me in pvt for more specific treatment
