I have been diagnosed with Kidney and Urinary Bladder Calculus... Sizes are 3mm and 3.2mm respectively.. Accordingly, I am under medication for the for last two days.. Medicines I'm taking are Tamsulosin Hydrochloride ( Tamslin) and Alkakem - K Syrup... Doze once daily.. Since the issue, I'm not able to ejaculate cum... When I am masturbating, I feel ejaculation but no cum is being discharged from my penis.. I'm very worried.. As of now I have no Erectile issues but no cum is being discharged.. Please advice reason for the same.. Should I stop the medication or there is some issue i need to get treated for..
