I had recently taken a blood test where my eGFR is 62 and Serum Creatinine is 1.24, 3 months ago my Serum Creatinine was 1.18 and eGFR was 66. Is it CKD? Can I slow the progression?

Kidney function comes down from the age of 40 years by 1% per year. If you have any other comorbidities the function drops down more than normal. You require further evaluation for progress of kidney dysfunction.
