Yes we can calculate But most accurate calculation will require cystatin levels Body surface area calculation and even better with body muscle mass All these factors along with hydration and diet also play a role in creatinine values Except for drug dosing and serial eGFR for ckd diagnosis we do it use it in day to day practice
