I want to know what safe medicine can be prescribed for maintaining a good conjugal life keeping in mind the above ailments. Is vigora 50 mg safe for frequent use by him.

Sure. U can use vigora maximum 1 tablet per day and not more than 4 per week. For lasting effects better to know the cause of ur erectile dysfunction. At ur age it's mostly due to testosterone deficiency, stress or decreased blood circulation to penis.
