I had severe one sided pain with light bleeding and found out it was ectopic pregnancy in April and was terminated by methotrexate shot (50 mg single dose) within 2 weeks, my gynec said the reason for ectopic pregnancy was due to tubal infection.. I had d & c in 2017 for abnormal uterine bleeding, and was concluded  as simple cystic hyperplasia also prescribed me some antibiotics for a week.. Also I had  continuous abnormal bleeding from 14 th day of period til day 28th day of same cycle. On day 35 found out as ectopic pregnancy (in month of April 2019) My query is what might have caused infection and wil it affect my pregnancy in future..
