Can anyone help me to know whether it's an ectopic or early pregnancy. . is it imp to go for internal ultrasound to detect it.. can't it be detected through normal ultrasound

To me it doesn't look like an ectopic.. Its an early intrauterine pregnancy and that why endometrial thickness is raised. But still you ll hv to repeat beta hcg after 48hrs to see the rise.

When bhcg level crosses 1500..only then by internal ultrasound u can see pregnancy. U need to wait for 4 to 5 days for level to increase.
