Hi i had ectopic pregnancy and given with methotrexate around 8 weeks on 16th aug.bleeding from 18th to 25th .. today bhcg was 3.64. Reduced from 2824 over a period. Now scan shows no fetal or sac but lesion is there. I have attached the report. occasionally, Im having mild  right abdominal pains like pinching. Whether i should be worried about the pain? Whether reports are ok ? Can i do household works?
