Ecosprin mandatory during pregnancy

Im 9 weeks pregnant. No history of miscarriages. This is my first pregnancy. Doctor suggested ecosprin 75 mg every night. Is it mandatory to take it or should i skip it. Im also taking hucog 5000 iu three injections. Skipping ecosprin 75 mg will cause any harm

This is known to improve microplacental circulation U will hv to put forth this question to ur Dr who has prescribed it understanding the reason why it was prescribed in the first place
