Echoic lesion in endometrial cavity I had an ultrasound as part of master health check, findings came with echoic lesion in endometrial cavity. My scan was taken at 15th day of last period. Endometrium 9mm Pls suggest if anything alarming?

Echogenic content s suggestive of some peice from retained products if u have had a abortion in last 3 months..or else it could be some polyp.. Exact picture cn be clear if u repeat an ultrasound on day 2 of ur cycle
