Echogenic thrombus after c section

Hi my c section done at 10 march then after 20 days my left leg and hips started paining and I can't even stand Dr suggest colour Doppler scan And found echogenic thrombus dvt My leg pain sharp while standing and walking I'm very worried Dr started injection for blood thinners and tablet When everything becomes normal When my pain stop please tell something coz this is very tough period for me coz I can't even feed my newborn properly My mind is disturbed and I'm very scared Please help with your words and suggest something What is the reason why this is happen with me only ? What is recovery period and pain relief time When I walk normally

It is unfortunate that you had this problem. It is a serious matter and needs concerted treatment with lot of dedication. This is formation of blood clots in the veins. It is more commonly seen when there is some pre-existing risk factor. Pregnancy itself is a risk factor. Surgery is another one.  So is obesity, delayed mobility after the surgery. The best treatment is by giving injections which will make blood less likely to clot. It is difficult to say how long the treatment will continue. The treatment puts lot of restrictions on the patient. But most of the patients recover completely with no residual damage. It is a month since Caesarean and about 10-12 days since the problem was diagnosed. That shows that you have good chances of recovery.
