The USG shows ehogenic  polyp measuring 19×12×6 mm. Endometrial. Doctor cited it as the reason for not conceiving. Someone suggested HSG, some hysteroscopy some polypectomy and other one laprascopy. Please suggest the best option

Best option is hysteroscopy.In one sitting if she will get polyp , immediately removal is possible.Means diagnostics as well as curative also.What is your gynaecologist opinion.Are you getting any problem with that.?
