ECG-slight chest discomfort

F35 I had lil chest discomfort and slight sweating in the night Had stomach pain near belly button So got ECG done And the nurse tld every thing looks normal So wanted to just no abt ECG like is it normal ECG or not I do have lil healthy anxiety and a BF mother for almost 2 year old Please confirm if the ECG s normal or not as per reports
