Hi I wanted to know the ecg report is that normal or any issues in the report please let me know through this

The ECG appears largely normal overall. * Sinus rhythm present — the heart is beating from the normal natural pacemaker (sinus node) * Heart rate is around 90 bpm, which is within normal range. * No obvious signs of: * acute heart attack/ST elevation * dangerous arrhythmia * major conduction block * significant chamber enlargement
