During ECG I was anxious about the same, there diagnosis information mentioned Sinus Tachycardia, Short PR interval, Market ST Elevation (V1), Right Atrial Enlargement, Right Axis Deviation and IRBBB. After this, I am taking a lot more stress and Pain is changing location by inches every time, and I feel pain whenever I press chess. What should I do?

Definitely the pain appears non specific for cardiac pain but get a echo done to rule out any structural heart disease
