Hello Good evening,  Yes above all reasons are perfect and true !!!! Due to nutritional deficiency or lagging of all trace minerals and minor/major Minerals and some vitamins these condition is called *PICA*. Many of the pet owners come across with this common complaint like my pet is eating mud, soil , wall paint or wooden tables or sofa etc especially fecal material...!!!!

Yes, eating her own poop maybe due to multi vitamin defeciency, became a habit or even due to intestinal worms infestation, which can be controlled by good treatment, but frequent diahorrea maybe due to various reasons and really to be concerned about, what's the consistency and frequency of diahorrea, is she having vomit, is she active, kindly explain in detail, so it will be easy for us to diagnose the problem and cure it. Thank you.

She might have micronutrient deficiency. One of the common deficiency is phosphorus. This can be controlled by feeding her balance diet and in addition to that, multivitamin supplements like syrups or tablets can be given. And also there are some products available in the market to control coprophagia.
